Customers who buy original toner or inks within the last 60 days of the warranty on certain colour A4 MFPs and A4 and A3 printers can claim a free 12-month on-site warranty, which can be renewed until the device expires.
Channel Biz reported on the new OEM offer, which is designed to strengthen resellers’ sales offerings, adding to the Genuine Xerox Rewards scheme, under which clients can redeem points for gift cards, music and other media downloads, as “rewards for using authentic Xerox products”.
