Brother’s DCP-T500W
Net sales for the Printing & Solutions division came in at ¥236 billion ($1.94 billion/€1.78 billion) for the quarter that ended on 30 September 2015, up from the 2014 figure of ¥217 billion ($1.78 billion/€1.64 billion).
Gross profits grew from ¥145 billion ($1.19 billion/€1.09 billion) to ¥168 billion ($1.38 billion/€1.27 billion), while current profits fell from ¥27.6 billion ($227,000/€209,000) to 25.1 billion ($207,000/€190,000).
The OEM recently launched its DCP-T500W and MFC-T800W refillable devices in the Middle East, which have a 6,000-page yield.
