Javier Martinez, Managing Director of Consuprint, will be speaking alongside waste management enterpreneurs and a representative from the European Commission and Zero Waste Europe in Barcelona later this month.
Martinez will speak on how his company, also based in Barcelona, is “diversifying its strategy by incorporating management of printing fleets and using “reused equipment” to “extends its useful life, thus reducing waste creation” in its offering.
Karolina d’Cunha, Deputy Head of Unit Eco-Innovation and Circular Economy for the European Commision, will be speaking on the new circular economy package being introduced by the Commission, while Joan Marc Simon, Coordinator of Zero Waste Europe, will be introducing the group to the delegates at the event on 24 November.
Albert Cañigueral, founder of ConsumoColaborativo.com, is speaking about the ‘collaborative consumption’ model for making resource use more efficient an reducing waste generation, while Guido Braam, Director of the Netherlands Circular Hotspot is speaking on behalf of Circle Economy, a cooperative that works in various projects in Amsterdam to create “industrial systems that separate growth from consumption of resources” and fast track the transition to a circular economy.
