The online retailer is being sued in relation to “toner cartridges and components thereof” covered by the General Exclusion Order (GEO) granted in the Canon dongle case.
The USITC issued (registration required) the seizure and forfeiture order, three months after Canon was awarded the GEO.
The OEM issued cease-and-desist orders at the time to aftermarket companies including: Acecom, Inc.-San Antonio, Do It Wiser LLC, Grand Image Inc., Green Project, Inc., Nectron International, Inc., Online Tech Stores, LLC, Printronic Corporation and Zinyaw LLC.
