The UK cartridge recycler won a corporate award for “Sustained Excellence in Inkjet and Toner Recycling”.

The award was part of the Corporate Vision 2015 UK Corporate Excellence Awards, which focus on “firms and individuals across the British Isles who are demonstrably special”, as well as “leaders within their respective industries who are forward-thinking and take great pride in the quality of service they provide and who are accomplished at what they do”. The Recycling Factory had only recently been nominated for the award, which it noted was for “excellence in sustainability”.
Cassandra Gonzalez, Department Manager for The Recycling Factory, commented: “It is fantastic to have won an award like this and to have been recognised for our efforts in recycling. We know that inkjet and toner recycling is not always as well known in comparison with other industries, and so it is even more rewarding that other people can see the hard work that goes into what we do.
“We also pride ourselves on our service, our charitable partnerships – which have now raised more than £3.6 million ($5.4 million/€4.9 million), and our green credentials; it’s important to know that we are doing the right thing when it comes to protecting our environment.”
