Business Development Manager
Required to work with both direct accounts and resellers in Serbia
We are looking for someone to join our team who will be responsible for managing direct accounts and reseller accounts to enhance the relationship with Static Control, and build profitable and sustainable sales of Static Control products by adopting agreed strategic methods to increase volume of sales. You will also maximise market opportunities, to include identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
Key Duties of the Role
- Complete a full business analysis of accounts to examine and assess current buying trends.
- Establish and maintain a good understanding and analysis of market conditions and activities of direct customers and resellers.
- Promote Static Control’s “value-add” to its customers.
- Achieve set monthly targets to increase revenue within territory.
- Represent the Company at key events including business meetings and trade shows.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience and proven success in account management and direct selling, with ability to grow and develop new business.
- Fluency in Serbian. Good oral and written English language. Experience of living and working in Serbia, with an understanding of business culture and practices.
- Commercial mentality; competence in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ability to master technical concepts and understand the functionality of technical products.
- Good written and oral communication skills. Clear, assertive and confident on the telephone.
- Computer literate in MS office applications and previous experience of using an in-house customer database.
