In a press release, the two companies revealed that the integration will “make it easier to include Supplies Wholesalers products” in dealer assortments, with over 600 in the USA already using Red Falcon “to manage their office products and e-commerce businesses”. Supplies Wholesalers, ECi notes, was “already part” of its extensive Private supply Network (PSN), which is integrated with ECi’s e-automate and DDMS software packages as well.

With the deal, dealers “no longer have to upload Supplies Wholesalers’ products to their sites”, as it is “done for them automatically”, while they can also “perform a stock check while building orders and can see their cost for specific items”. Orders are then “transmitted directly” to Supplies Wholesalers through the Red Falcon software, meaning “no switching between programmes is required”.

Andrew Morgan, President of ECi’s Office Products Division, commented: “This integration eliminates the work required by a dealer to upload Supplies Wholesalers products to their websites and to place orders. By automating the uploading and order-placement functions, we are helping our customers strengthen their supply chains, which in turn fuels growth. We are very proud of our relationship with Supplies Wholesalers.”

Bob Willmes, CEO and Founder of Supplies Wholesalers, added: “Integration of Supplies Wholesalers with ECi’s very robust Red Falcon ERP platform eliminates redundancy, costs and data entry errors, therefore streamlining our dealers ordering process. We enjoy working with ECi and look forward to helping our mutual customers build stronger businesses.”
