The company stated that “there is no other ‘remanufacturing industry event’ in Europe like this”.

The show next year – which includes the Remanexpo product group – will take place from 28 to 31 January in Frankfurt, Germany, and a wide range of industry companies are already confirmed for the event as exhibitors, with strong interest shown in the event. Previous exhibitors have already received an email containing a personal link to registration as well, and you can register for the event here; in May, The Recycler reported that the entire Paperworld event has seen a record number of exhibitor registrations.

Ian Copsey, European General Manager for Hubei Dinglong, told The Recycler that the company has “exhibited for the last five-plus years and always came away with new contacts and indeed net new business. This year we will have two additional group companies on the stand with us – Chip Jet for inkjet chips, laser chips and resetters and Dinglong New Materials Co., Ltd. for developer rollers and PCRs.

“I know both these products are already active with certain European customers, but the chance to introduce more customers to these products at Paperworld is a great opportunity”. In terms of advantages of exhibiting at the show, Copsey added that “I think the chance to meet so many existing customers/contacts at one event in a short period of time is an efficient use of everyone’s time.

“There is no substitute for a face-to-face meeting, and Paperworld provides exactly that for many companies. Also as a true manufacturer of chemical toner, chips, resetters, developer rollers and PCRs we need to demonstrate to customers and prospects our capabilities: this is best done at a meeting rather than by email”.

Finally, on what makes the event special, Copsey commented that “there is no other ‘remanufacturing industry event’ in Europe like this. The quality of visitors is always excellent; it is always great to touch the pulse of our industry once a year at an event like this”.

This year’s event saw over 1,608 exhibitors and 36,773 visitors from over 139 countries, with exhibitors said to be “pleased with new contacts, order patterns and [the] internationality” of the visitors to their booths”. Exhibitor and visitor surveys showed that “real innovations and novelties”, alongside “positive order patterns”, created a “positive mood” among exhibitors at the event. A call for papers has also been launched for the REMCON conference.

The Recycler reported on the event in Frankfurt here, here, here and here; and a full report from this year’s Remanexpo can be found in issue 280 of The Recycler.
