The remanufacturer has released a frequently-asked questions section to its homepage.
In a release, the company stated that its website is “now extended” by featuring the new “handy FAQ section” for both “consumers and dealers that have questions about Pelikan printer supplies”. The page features “product-related questions” as well as “general questions”, with a search field available for the product questions in which a user can “just enter what you are looking for” in terms of printer models, article numbers or codes.
The site then “presents all matching Pelikan products”, and from there, “in the next step you can select your specific product”, with all the FAQs and answers from Pelikan then shown “using text, pictures and videos”. In terms of other questions, the company noted that “in case your questions are still not answered, then of course we are happy to assist you by email or phone”, and “based on customer feedback, the FAQ will be continuously updated”.
