By pleading guilty, Locicero avoided going to jail and was given a “two to four year” suspended jail sentence with “three years of probation”, after he was found in possession of “forged writing and forgery devices” reported K2radio. An employee of a pizza delivery company informed Casper Police Department that she had “received two counterfeit $20 (€18) bills” on delivery, and that she had “felt that the paper did not feel right” as well as the fact that both notes had the same serial numbers.

When police found Locicero he had a pocket full of notes all with the same serial number, and then admitted his crime, telling police that he had a scanner and printer as well as “other equipment” to make the counterfeits. After the police seized the equipment and arrested him, Locicero said that the only time he used the money was to buy the pizza.
