The Chinese remanufacturer has recently launched a replacement for the MLT-D201.
The company stated that the cartridge is used in a range of the OEM’s ProXpress MFPs, including the M4030ND and M4080FX, which feature near-field communication (NFC) technology to allow for tap-and-print as well as scanning or faxing from a mobile device with the technology. Gikar Industrial added that the D201 is an “upgrade” on the D305 model, and “should have excellent performance on the market”, with “big demand” as “these [are] popular printers”.
The cartridge’s page yield is 10,000 pages based on A4 with five percent coverage, and it has a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 120,000 pages, with Gikar Industrial adding that it will also launch a monochrome alternative for the MLT-D118 toner cartridge “shortly”, with more details “coming soon”.
