The remanufacturer has been involved in helping a kindergarten in Quintanares.
Staff from the company, as well as their family members, teachers and the parents’ association members, have been active in renovating a local kindergarten. The building was in disrepair, and so employees from Armor Mexico decided to give a hand in the renovation in line with the company’s corporate social responsibility policy (CSR).
After assessing what was needed, the group spent a full day cleaning and painting the internal and external walls of the school, and even painted a cow outside. The project took 76 hours in total, and Armor workers even provided 10 chairs to replace some broken ones. Whilst the project improved the school environment of 16 children, it also strengthened the relationship of Armor Mexico employees and the local community, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere as well as confirming teambuilding within the Armor team.
