The two companies have decided to enter into a “strategic collaboration”.
Customers from both companies can request printer volume information collected by Print Tracker uploaded to the Supplies Network Database for automatic cartridge ordering, which will be done by Supplies Network’s mpsSELECT platform. Print Tracker customers using Supplies Network’s Myprintermanager.com solution” need to contact the provider and ask to integrate, after which they need to call Print Tracker, where administrators enable the integration.
After this, dealers can direct installations to upload data. Once this is done, dealer managers can monitor the dates when meter data is uploaded.
Sarah Custer, Supplies Network Director of Services and Solutions, said: “Print Tracker is a trusted and recognised innovator in the print management software industry. Sales and Marketing Director Brian Dawson has been great and the entire engineering team at Print Tracker made data integration an extremely easy process.”
Lance Hale, President of Print Tracker, added: “We are always open to partnering with strong industry providers whose focus is customer service. We are pleased to inform the industry the Supplies Network team found Print Tracker provides reliable reporting and the meter accuracy required for fast and reliable supply fulfilment.”
