The new machines in the C30 range
The ProXpress C30 series feature “lower operating costs and high productivity”, according to the OEM.
IT Online reported on the new releases, which include the C3010ND, 3060ND and 3060FR, with the OEM adding that the machines are “optimised for small- and medium-sized company users”, especially in sectors “such as professional services and retail, where printing quality, usability and costs are prioritised”. The devices feature a resolution of 9,600 x 600dpi, speeds of 30ppm and toner cartridge yields of between 5,000 and 8,000 pages.
It also claims that the series can “effectively reduce the TCO (total cost of ownership) for printing products”, because it utilises “high-yield toner cartridges that can handle heavy pringin volumes”, while operating costs can be “further reduced” thanks to the OEM’s Instant Fusing System technology, which “provides shorter wait times, faster prints and copies and helps lower energy consumption”.
Other features of the C30 series include Samsung’s Rendering engine for Clean Pages (ReCP) technology, which optimises prints, copies and scans and removes “unnecessary details” while enhancing “unclear elements”. The printers also utilise a paper capacity of up to 1,400 sheets, and use the OEM’s eXtensible Open Architecture (XOA) for integration of software vendor solutions, and can also be used with the Samsung Printing Catalogue mobile print app for smartphones and tablets.
