Nicole Vidal has been in business for two years in Newton, New Jersey.
Vidal has in the past been involved in retail and customer service, and is now putting to use her experiences as a business owner. After two years as a Cartridge World franchisee, Vidal is celebrating two years in business, and at present is highlighting the “no-cost loaner programme” whereby customers can loan a printer and only pay for the toner.
Vidal said that “I want to stress on the free printers we are giving away or better stated our No Cost Loaner Programme. It’s really a no-brainer, free printer and maintenance but all you have to do is buy the toner”. The printers loaned are from HP Inc, Canon and Brother, and there are also other special programmes for customers both for business and home.
Vidal said that she is proud of the awards she has earned in customer service, and is happy to get customer feedback, noting that “I have always loved customer services and working in retail”, having worked for Toys ‘R Us and “even had the honour of dressing up as Geoffrey the Giraffe”. The Recycler reported last year on Vidal’s first year as a Cartridge World franchisee.
