LMI Solutions announces printer service training

The US remanufacturer is including printer service training for imaging dealers which commence in December.

The company states that it is “an award-winning provider of remanufactured printers, toner cartridges and printer parts”, and that it is offering printer service training for their dealers to enhance their businesses. The course will ensure that technicians are capable of servicing 95 percent of the problems encountered with printers, and training classes will include: printer diagnostics, reducing the service call times, ordering parts, eliminating repeat service calls and improving customer satisfaction.

Upon completion, technicians will be able to service 95 percent of the problems they encounter so they can be knowledgeable, efficient and cost-effective in the field. Interested parties should register before the closure date, 18 November, and the course will take place at LMI’s new training facility in Phoenix, Arizona from 5 to 9 December.
