Axess MPS remote monitoring software enables providers to view customers print environment and deliver MPS programmes more easily.cloverlogo

The software enables the consumable levels of toner, fusers, drums and maintenance kits to be more accurately monitored, and there is a customised automated alert for low toner levels as well as automated service alerts and reminders, asset management and consultations.

CIG said that “providers can have confidence in MPS contract profitability with the Axess MPS TCO software,” addingthat the TCO pricing tool is “powered with BEI Services Worldstats data” which is automatically applied and calculates accurately the pricing per page specific to each printer model.

“Axess MPS TCO tool automatically populates each end-user’s equipment fleet, offers flexibility for supplies, equipment, coverage, and profit margins”, giving providers control of their MPS contracts. The software is said to be “user friendly” and “generates documents with one click” enabling “ dealers to easily populate customers’ existing and proposed pricing into one branded proposal and other sales support documents”, and the software also “creates multiple proposals per account with ease to support your sales processes and ongoing account reviews”.

The software is claimed to be ideal for dealers who struggle with MPS programme execution and don’t want the administrative burden of technical service, and also for those just starting out in MPS programmes. CIG has a team that will install data collection agents and prepare proposal documents with pricing. They also supply fulfilment and service, simple invoicing and will assist in account review documentation.
