The company’s remanufactured cartridge is for use in a range of the OEM’s new printers launched in December.

Mito stated that the remanufactured cartridge replaces the OEM original, the MT-CA-LBP710 and 712, which is used in Canon’s imageCLASS LBP712cdn and 712cx as well as the i-SENSYS LBP710c and 712cx machines. It added that the printers are “suitable for a variety of operating environments due to their high-capacity [and] small footprint”.

The original cartridges feature page yields of around 6,300 pages in monochrome and 5,400 pages in colour, with the high capacity versions of the cartridges reaching 12,500 pages in monochrome and 10,000 pages in colour. The Mito version meanwhile is a “complete remanufacturing solution”, which it claims is “comparable with OEM performance for page yield and quality”.
