St. George Ink and Toner is a family business in Utah that refills and recycles cartridges.

The business was founded 11 years ago by Wayne and Deborah Moon, has continued to grow every year, reported MV Progress, and now has five employees. The store has a copy and print shop, and an in-house ink cartridge remanufacturing and refilling service, and Moon says that they can “refill all types of cartridges” but that the Canon and Brother brands are the easiest. Although they have good results with Epson, HP Inc are more problematic.

Moon said: “We’ve always enjoyed being a small business in St. George. We have very loyal customers, many of whom go back with us the whole 11 years from when we started because they enjoy our customer service.”

Moon’s philosophy is that every customer leaves the store happy, and he guarantees all their work: “All our products are guaranteed – if it doesn’t work after we refill it, bring it back and get your money back. It never hurts to try. We’re going to do our very best to make sure every person has a good experience.”

The store also sells printers, and the staff are very knowledgeable and offer advice to save the customer money, but “it’s the toner cartridge side of the business” that is more straightforward, and the company works with all brands of cartridges, refilling them in black and white for half the price of new ones. Moon said that they sometimes use an outside vendor, but that is rare as they do most things on site, and that there are few problems with refilling toner cartridges, although once again HP Inc is the more difficult.
