Paperworld app available to download

Jan 6, 2017

Messe Frankfurt announced that the phone app is available to download on Apple and Android devices.paperworld-app

The app, Paperworld Navigator is a guide to the trade fair and is free of charge and offers helpful features for the user which will make the experience of visiting the trade fair even better.

Trade stands can be more easily found as can products by using the search features, which are in alphabetical order, or a full text search directing the user to the location in the hall. A favourites or watchlist can be added so that the user does not miss an event or product, and once on-site the app allows users to zoom into the hall.

The navigator app “contains information on all the events and news”, and by stating your own position the app helps users find their way around the grounds. The app also allows users to download PDF documents and videos from exhibitors nearby. The app can be downloaded for Apple devices here and for Android Devices here.

A wide range of industry companies are already confirmed for the event as exhibitors, with strong interest shown. Previous exhibitors have already received an email containing a personal link to registration as well, and you can register here. In May last year, The Recycler reported the entire Paperworld event has seen a record number of exhibitor registrations, and reported that over 100 exhibitors had been confirmed for the Remanexpo product group.

Visitors can now apply for vouchers to get their free visitor tickets, and you can do this by clicking here, with around 50 percent of our allocation already gone. Last year’s event saw over 1,608 exhibitors and 36,773 visitors from over 139 countries. The programme for the REMCON conference, which will be chaired again by Lightwords’ Peter Mayhew, can be viewed here.

The business matchmaking service, launched last year, is now live for this year’s event, while The Recycler reported on the event in Frankfurt last year here, here, here and here; and a full report from last year’s Remanexpo can be found in issue 280 of The Recycler. To find out more about this year’s event, visit the website at paperworld.messefrankfurt.com, and keep checking our events website at www.therecyclerlive.com.
