James Burd, a local Cartridge World franchisee in the USA, has made a TV advertisement to promote his business. In the commercial he states that he offers a personal service of producing remanufactured cartridges in store, and that customer service is his main focus.
The store is situated in Joplin, Missouri, and customers can obtain a loyalty discount card to save money, but refilling and buying remanufactured cartridges reduces costs as well, and by doing so customers are helping local charities and recycling cartridges, saving them from landfill. The store also offers all the named brands of cartridges as well as remanufactured ones.
