Value-added resellers (VARs) have recognised Kodak Alaris as “one of the Best Channel Vendors for 2017”.
The company was recognised for “Delivering Exceptional Value to ECM Partners”, and it is the second consecutive year that Kodak Alaris has been highly rated.
Business Solutions Magazine (BSM) organises the annual survey for Best Channel Vendor, and this year more than 5,300 votes were sent in. Penn State University provided the methodology for adding the scores, which were done on a 0 (worst) to 5 (best) basis in seven areas, which included “product innovation and reliability, service and support” as well as friendliness. Kodak Alaris was “highly rated in the ECM Hardware category” for its products, reliability and innovation”.
