Digital Imaging (German) reported that the company has reorganised its sales and marketing by running them from Moers, and that means they will no longer run from the DACH region, Benelux and Nordic countries.

Pelikan has also revived its Geha brand after “the separation of the PBS and hardcopy business three years ago”, and it will now be marketed through Soft-Carrier and Api exclusively with the focus being on sales of the “IT specialist trade and system house channel”.

Wolfgan Stadler, Sales Director for the DACH region at Pelikan Hardcopy, said in a statement: “By bundling our sales and marketing activities in Moers, we will be able to react more flexibly to market requirements in the future. The hardcopy manufacturer will bundle its sales and marketing activities for the DACH region as well as the Benelux and Nordic countries in the future in Moers. The site in the Dutch town of Nijmegen has been closed. At the same time, the French regional company takes over the management of sales activities for Southern Europe and is also responsible for European marketing. The customer service centre will continue to be located in Hanover.

“The aim of the measure is that all activities for the three Pelikan, Geha and Prime Printing brands as well as the private label business will be better coordinated in the future. This will allow us to react more flexibly to market requirements in the future.”
