The largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging systems and components also won the award for ‘Customer Service of the Year’ at The Recycler Awards.
The show in Germany “once again opened its doors to thousands of attendees ranging from remanufacturers, suppliers, distributors and resellers from Europe and all over the world”, and Static Control reported that its stand was “consistently packed” ,and that many “face-to-face meetings” took place between the sales team and customers. Visitors to Static Control’s booth were able to make “valuable business connections” as well as learn about the products, including its solutions for the HP Inc JetIntelligence series of cartridges.
For the third year in a row, Static Control also won The Recycler Awards’ ‘Customer Service of the Year’. which was voted for by industry members. Ken Lalley, Managing Director of Static Control’s European Operations, “expressed his gratitude” for the vote of confidence, stating: “To continue to be honoured at these awards is a huge privilege and we send our deepest appreciation and thanks to all that voted for us.
“Without the support of the remanufacturing industry we wouldn’t be in a position to even be nominated, so we will continue our commitment to keep working hard and maintaining the level of service our customers deserve.”
The company also contributed to the REMCON conference programme, with both “technical and industry-based presentations” and Simon Grimes, European General Sales Manager, presented The state of the imaging industry which gave an insight into “current issues” that the aftermarket could “use as opportunities to grow”.
Chris Kilpatrick, Customer Service Technician, talked about the HP Inc JetIntelligence cartridges for use in the M252 and M402 devices, and the remanufacturing difficulties that have been “experienced” with these products.
In conclusion, Lalley said: “When we see how many people come to this show to meet with our team and attend our seminars, it highlights the many great business relationships we have made over the years – and what a valuable point on the industry’s calendar Paperworld provides.”
The date for the next Paperworld show is 27 to 30 January 2018, and you can read The Recycler’s reports from Remanexpo’s four days here, here, here and here, while our final report will appear in issue 292.
