Toner Connection, based in Joplin, Missouri, was interviewed by Four States about its new products.
The video interview sees an interviewer discussing Toner Connection’s new Sindoh machines, with the company “dedicated to providing printer cartridges and printing supplies at the best price and performance” and supplying both “OEM and compatible toner cartridges for printers, fax machines, copiers and various other print media products” with “over 40 years of service and sales in the printer/copier industry”.
The Four States Business Overview video sees the company’s representative Tim tell the female presenter that the new Sindoh machines are a brand “a lot haven’t heard of” in the US, as they “haven’t been here before, but have been launched in Europe and Asia”, and he notes that the OEM has “done things technologically others can’t.
The interviewer asks how the products can offer value to customers, Tim replying that the machines are “a lot less price per unit”, and adds that it “enhances what we do as a business to save people money”. She also asks that would this help those buying bigger machines, with Tim stating that Sindoh printers range in size from “small MFPs to regular and up to copier size”.
He was next asked if it was true that the printers can be “half the price” of competitors, and responded that this was “correct – Sindoh has partnered with some of the major manufacturers”, and Konica Minolta makes the printer’s engine. Sindoh is an “established business”, he commented, with the interviewer asking if the print quality is the same, to which he replied “yes- if not better!”.
He concluded that “so many think that OEMs are their own individual manufacturers, but that a lot of these overlap” similarly to car manufacturers, and noted that the devices offer “great value for customers”.
