Konica Minolta announces changes

The OEM announced changes in the organisation, which it said will foster growth and continue its business transformation.

The company announced that Mark Bradford will now “oversee the company’s new initiative” as well as the “Unified System and Services (USS) project”, and is now the Senior Vice President for Business Transformation and Planning. Bradford will steer the combined business and technology segment to “improve the company’s award winning customer experience”.

A newcomer to the company, Terry Dixon will be leading the direct sales organisation as President of the Direct Channel, and will be involved in transforming the sales side of the business to deliver managed services to customers. Dixon was previously President of US remanufacturer LMI Solutions.

Rick Taylor, President and CEO, said: “I believe that these executive changes will lead the company to strengthen our competitive position as we pursue new opportunities. We are making meaningful and strategic changes with key personnel to better position us for future growth.”
