The MPS software provider has updated its Naverisk RMM and Service Desk features.
The release of Naverisk 2017 was announced in a press release, which said that it has built on its innovation from 2016 to improve the “technology management capabilities and provide […] significant enhancements to usability, user interface, RMM, integration and remote access features”. The Naverisk 2017 RMM & Service Desk solution is “now available for upgrade for all on-premise customers”, while “Naverisk customers using the cloud interface are scheduled for upgrade this weekend”.
The updated solution has a refreshed user interface and faster response time, the offer of an upgrade on the premium remote control, improved ticketing and workflow capabilities, advanced monitoring with rebuilt SNMP and Linux agents, upgraded functionality to core platform, and integration with ECi e-automate software.
Mike Inzerillo, Managing Director of Naverisk, said: “Naverisk 2017 takes a great step forward to deliver major improvements and additional capabilities for MSPs using our solution. Customers who upgraded to 2017 are already enjoying the new benefits in the areas of remote control, SNMP monitoring, Linux/Unix monitoring, workflow automation and more, all accessed using a refreshed user interface.”
Inzerillo said that customers were largely responsible for the success of this new release: “The consistent guidance and feedback from our customers, particularly during the open beta process, helped shape this release, and the Naverisk 2017 solution into one of the best combined RMM and Service Desk solutions on the market today.”
Mark Funchion, Director of Technology for University Office Technology, commented: “The new look is amazing! I can’t wait to integrate with ECi e-automate and take this to a new level. I am excited to see upgrades that put Naverisk where I hoped it would be 15 months ago when I chose it over LabTech and ConnectWise.”
