Mito Colour Imaging has announced a new remanufactured alternative toner kit for Dell colour smart printers.
The kit is for Dell’s new colour smart printers that were released November 2016, and the new product, the MT-DE-S3840/3845 K/CM/Y, is for use in the Dell S3840cdn and Dell S3845cdn. Mito claims that they are “easy to manage and secure to address the needs of medium to large enterprises and government agencies”.
The Dell S3840cdn and Dell S3845cdn feature print speeds of 36ppm in black and colour, with a high resolution of 1,200 x 1,200dpi. The OEM release has a printing capacity of approximately 3,000 pages in mono and colour, while the high yield remanufactured toner kit features a yield of 11,000 pages in mono and 9,000 pages in colour.
The company has invested in research and development, and attributes the new release to this, and is offering the remanufacturing kit to Dell in China, adding that “it is comparable with OEM performance in page yield and print quality”.
