Deputy Editor leaves The Recycler

Apr 12, 2017

Will Roszczyk is moving to pastures new and has taken on a new challenge as an Editor.

Although it is sad that Will is leaving us, it is also wonderful that he has fulfilled his goal, having learnt so much over the seven years here that he is able to take on his new role as editor of a trade journal in the fire industry. Stefanie Unland, Managing Editor, said: “We wish Will all the luck in the world in his new job, and are very proud that he can move up the ladder after his time with us. We are grateful for all Will’s hard work and know that he will do a good job wherever he is.”

Roszczyk started at The Recycler when he was just 22 years old, learning about the industry and its players over seven years, and has been the lynchpin in the UK office. Gloria Leverett joined the office last year as Roszczyk’s assistant, and he has spent the year training her in reporting the news as well as other duties.

Leverett commented: “I will miss Will’s extensive knowledge and his company. He has made my first year here fun, and given me the tools to do the job. I wish him every success in his new post.”

Roszczyk leaves the end of this week, and will enjoy the Easter bank holiday before starting his new job. He commented: “I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to begin and develop my career here at The Recycler over the last seven years, and I’ve enjoyed working within the industry and meeting contacts from all over the world. I’m looking forward to new challenges in the future, and will keep an eye out for cartridge remanufacturing, which I’m sure as an industry will grow and develop in years to come!”
