Cartridge World discusses buying toner online

May 2, 2017

The franchisee gives advice on buying cartridges online.

Cartridge World said that after listening to its customers the main complaints of buying on line were that the cartridges were never delivered or were delayed, they were defective or poor quality, the wrong cartridge was delivered and there was no support if required.

The article also pointed out that often vendors on buying sites are not honest and have no intention of delivering the goods which is why Cartridge World has set out some questions for prospective buyer to ask themselves before they purchase online.

Consumers should determine how they will know if the cartridge is of quality and what they will do if it is not or if it doesn’t arrive. They should also ask if the cartridge is IP compliant and look for hidden fees such as delivery. Are the cartridges guaranteed and is there a return of goods procedure and does the company recycle the empty cartridges. Finally the article advises asking how long the delivery will take and is there a local person available should there be a problem.

Cartridge World offers EASY ORDER which is an online system with free delivery and the company fulfils all the points in the article and points out that for poor online experiences there is recourse and cnet.com are quoted as saying: “When a Web vendor fails to live up to its promises about product delivery and availability, your best bet may be to register your complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or other third party rather than seeking redress directly from the company.”
