Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski have advised on the sale of Idaho Business Systems.
A press release stated that Zygoquest Group had advised Idaho Business Systems on the sale of their business to Allied Business Solutions.
John and Patricia Johnson’s business was founded in 1978 by John and a partner and has provided customers in Idaho with office equipment and services for 39 years and was one of the “longstanding Toshiba dealers” in the US as well as an authorised Samsung and Lexmark dealer. Customers benefitted from services such as MPS, copiers, printers and IT managed services.
The new owner of the Johnson’s business, Allied Business Solutions, has been in operation since 2003 and is owned and run by Tom and Stacy Beeles in Boise, Idaho. The business is also an authorised Toshiba dealer as well as Lexmark, Sharp and Kyocera and provides for over 1,500 customers.
