Xeretec, a Xerox specialist, has bought Landscape Group which will combine HP Inc MPS and Xerox’s MPS espertise, making the company an MPS “powerhouse”.
Computer Weekly reported that the acquisition of the Landscape Group would strengthen Xeretec’s position in managed print services bringing together two key players “into a powerful single force”. Landscape will continue business in East Hampshire after the acquisition and will still use its brand name.
HP Inc and Xerox are two of the “largest vendors in the print market” and this move will improve the customer base and comes hot on the tail of Apogee acquiring Danwood in an attempt to gain a “strong position” in managed print services.
