Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski advised the owners of ACS Technologies in the sale of the company.
A press release announced the sale of ACS Technology, owned by John Alfano, Kevin Coleman and Sammy Russo, to R.J. Young Company owned by Chip Crunk. The terms of the sale have not been divulged.
ACS Technologies is based in Birmingham Alabama and was founded in 1975. The company was one of the biggest office equipment dealers in the state and an authorised dealer for Ricoh. All three owners and their staff will stay on and run ACS Technologies for R.J. Young.
