UK MPS firm acquires Sapphire Business Systems

ABS UK Ltd has acquired the North Wales technology solution company as part of its growth strategy.

B Daily reported that the acquisition was completed In mid-March this year and was part of the expansion process of ABS UK and will open up new opportunities in the North of England.

Brett Abson, Sales Director, ABS UK Ltd, commented: “Acquiring Sapphire Business Systems has allowed us to further extend our geographic reach without additional recruitment. Several of our existing service clients have operations in Wales and/or the North West and therefore this merger will allow us to provide them with even better support while accessing a predominantly technologically-demanding commercial client base.”

Abson also confirmed: “The acquisition also strengthens the business moving forward, adding around £10,000 per month ($12,802/€11,423) in service revenue alone as part of an overall £350k ($443,276/€397,707) to £400k per annum ($506,576/€454,523) increase in turnover.”
