The software provider announced that it has been named one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America.
This was the second year running that the company was honoured at the awards in which businesses are recognised for showing inventiveness and “engaging employees in culture building activities”. The awards take place later in the year in New Orleans at a gala evening as part of the “Achievers Annual Customer Experience Conference (ACE)”.
David Brennan, General Manager, Achievers, said: “Employee experience remains a top priority for employees in 2017. The impressive Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Award winners are using rewards and recognition to foster positive, productive workplaces. We’re excited to learn from them and honour their accomplishments.”
Companies are evaluated by judges on eight elements of employee engagement and these are; Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision and Values and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Andrew Pryor, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, ECi, commented: “It is truly exciting that our culture has been vetted by a team of thought leaders in the field of employee engagement and, for the second year in a row, ECi has been recognized for the effort we put into our people strategies. The real story of ECi’s success, however, is the heart that our employees have for our customers and for helping small and medium size companies succeed. Every day, around the world, ECi’s devoted employees use their talent and resources to make a difference where they work and where they live.”
CEO, ECi Software Solutions, Ron Books, added: “I am so proud of our employees for obtaining this recognition from Achievers for the second year in a row. ECi’s culture has evolved organically from the beliefs and work ethic of our global team. Our employees enjoy recognizing co-workers who have gone above and beyond to help them. Using the recognition program has definitely contributed to the welcoming atmosphere here at ECi.”
