Kyocera implements new software across EMEA

The OEM announced that it will be using a new Service Management Solution from IFS.

IFS develops and delivers enterprise software for customers around the world who manufacture and distribute goods, maintain assets, and manage service-focused operations AND Kyocera will be using its software to support its present and future services which will allow more efficient partner relationships as well as improving the customer’s experience throughout the EMEA. The software will be hosted on IFS’ Managed Cloud on Microsoft Azure.

 A European standard for the software will be developed at the KDE headquarters after which it will go live as a pilot at KYOCERA Document Solutions France before launching to the KYOCERA subsidiaries across the EMEA.
