Kyocera Document Solutions, Inc., announced that it has acquired all shares in DataBank, North America based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider.
DataBank, headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania with 12 other offices and imaging centres across North America, is a system integrator that designs, deploys, and manages tailored, fully integrated business process solutions to clients across a range of data-intensive industries. Databank’s customer base includes companies in the medical, financial, insurance, education, government, and energy related industries, among others. DataBank has a proven track record of success delivering ECM-driven technology and service solutions.
In combining Kyocera’s MFP and printer technology with DataBank’s ECM and document BPO business, Kyocera will activate a new business model that will strengthen its offerings and services in the North America market to current customers and new customers alike.
With the acquisition of DataBank, Kyocera will build on its expertise as a Total Document Solutions provider and accelerate the ability to be a highly valued, integrated solutions provider that meaningfully contributes to its customers’ business growth and success.
