Mathew Philpott wins company’s highest sales honour from Replas.
Replas, a plastics recycling company from Australia, presented the award to Mathew Philpott, Sales and Marketing Manager of Replas Tasmania. For more than 20 years the plastic recycling company has produced a range of over 200 products.
The company’s highest sales honour, the Alec Yates Award is an award that remembers one of the founders of the company, a pioneer in the soft plastics recycling game, who recognised the importance of this issue way before it became part of the public’s focus.
The award itself is presented to the sales person with the highest achieved sales (based on the percentage of budget) across the country and NZ.
Mathew Philpott commented on a LinkedIn post: “After 5 years with the company and a couple of very close calls, I finally nailed it – many thanks to my supporting colleagues both in the home office and further abroad (RRC, HO & Ballarat).”
He achieved 138 percent.
