ASL Group appoints new board member

Business strategist and entrepreneur Steve Hibbert has been named as the company’s new Non-Executive Director.

ASL Group announced that it was appointing Steve Hibbert as a new board member, giving the experienced entrepreneur the task of helping with the company’s strategic development.

Hibbert has decades’ worth of expertise in the print market, beginning in the 1980’s as a Sales Director and developing two multi-million pound businesses which he then sold on to Danka and Toshiba. He has also held numerous board roles at various multi-national companies, including Toshiba, prompting ASL to comment that Hibbert’s “experience will be invaluable to us, as we continue on our aggressive growth plan.”

The Managing Director of ASL Group, Mark Garius said of the strategist’s appointment, “When we found out that someone with Steve’s quality and experience became available, the decision to bring him in was easy…we’re looking forward to seeing how he can help us grow in the coming months and years.”

Hibbert himself commented, “ASL Group is a highly ambitious company that’s looking to continue to grow significantly over the coming years, which is a big part of why I’m so delighted to have joined.”
