Visual Edge Technology, Inc, has completed the acquisition of Connecticut-based American Copy Service Centre, Inc.
Making its 14th acquisition in the last few years, and the 4th this year alone, Visual Edge has revealed that it has completed the acquisition of the Waterbury, Connecticut-based American Copy Service Centre, one of the major independent Office Solutions and Document Management dealers in the north-eastern United States.
According to Industry Analysts, American Copy Service Centre “provides sales and service of Konica and Toshiba multifunction products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions.”
The company has been operating in the country’s north-east for more than 25 years, and its acquisition will give Visual Edge “increased coverage” across the region.
