The technology leader showed its portfolio off to dealer partners at their own expo.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc. has unveiled a selection of new technologies and solutions at its FutuREady Conference 2017 in Carlsbad, California.

The centrepiece of the expo was the preview of the Workplace Hub, which the company describes as “the world’s most connected intelligence edge platform.” The Workplace Hub is an IT Management system combining hardware, software and a complete suite of services, which aims to offer an enhanced use of the traditional MFP’s 1m2 space. Konica Minolta claim that as customer needs grow with Workplace Hub, new opportunities for ongoing support and service will become available.

Other solutions and technologies on display included those in the Workplace of the Future category, and its Managed Voice technology.

Rick Tayor, the President and CEO of Konica Minolta, said the conference had been “an opportunity to share our strategic direction with our dealers, with an emphasis on driving growth by providing value-added services to their customers.”

“We have proven that the Managed IT Services business, Enterprise Content Management, and Workplace of the Future technologies open new revenue streams and have a positive impact on MFP sales,” Taylor added. “This is a competitive differentiator for us and has proven successful, based on our continued revenue growth.”
