Office Depot Inc., has revealed that its executive vice president has left his post as of 13 October 2017.
Reuters reported on the departure of Office Depot Inc.’s executive vice president, Michael Allison, who also served as the company’s chief administration officer. His departure was effective from 13 October 2017, with Office Depot providing him with $1.3 million (€1.09 million) “payable in a lump sum six months following effective date”.
Allison, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, has worked for Office Depot since 2006, and became Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer in March 2017, a role which made him responsible for all Human Resources functions, as well as Communications, Events, Aviation, IT, Construction, Real Estate and Loss Prevention.
He previously worked for Victoria’s Secret, Bank One, and the National City Bank in Dayton, Ohio.
