The Japanese OEM has amended its revenue figures from Q2 of 2017.
Following last month’s publication of its consolidated results for the second quarter, Epson have issued a slight revision to the figures.
Initially, the OEM had announced revenue of printer sales to be ¥235.8bn ($2.06bn/€1.78bn), a 6.2 percent increase on the same period in 2016. However, that has now been revised to ¥238.8bn ($2.09bn/€1.8bn), representing instead an increase of 7.5 percent.
However, whereas Epson had initially put professional printing revenues at ¥98.7bn ($865m/€745m), an 11 percent increase on 2016, the revised revenue was actually lower; ¥95.7bn ($838m/€723m), a slightly smaller increase of 7.7 percent.
