Over 35 channel partners of the OEM were invited to congregate at Epson’s new Experience Centre in Dubai for a demo of the new Ecotank ITS printers.
Albawaba reported on the channel partners meeting held at “the company’s newly launched Experience Centre in DAFZA”, where they were introduced to the OEM’s latest generation of Epson Ecotank ITS printers. These new models come with “a new design with front ink tank and improved bottles”, which makes them “more compact” as well as being “even easier to use.”
During the meeting, Epson “presented the company’s latest channel strategies and the roadmap for the rest of the year”, as well as giving its partners the opportunity to share “their valuable input and ideas for further cooperation.”
Jason Whiley, director of sales, Epson Middle East, said: “At the event, we received positive feedback from our channel partners about our new versatile ITS printers which appeal to home, photo, home office and small office users. They are a game changer. They not only do away with the need for cartridges but are also more user friendly and take up less space.”
These latest Ecotank devices come with “an enhanced ink filling system engineered to minimise the risk of spills and mess” and can help to reduce printing costs by up to 90 percent, delivering “an ultra-low cost per page”. They also help users “save time” as they can go much longer before having to be refilled.
