The acquisition of BusinessWare Solutions is Marco’s second acquisition in three months.
Technology services provider Marco has announced the acquisition of Minnesota-based BusinessWare Solutions, an IT services and managed print company.
As well as its Hutchinson headquarters, BusinessWare, which was founded in 1994, also has premises in Owatonna, Willmar and Chanhassen, which join the 16 Marco locations already in Minnesota, and the 49 across the United States nationally.
Marco CEO Jeff Gau said: “This purchase compliments the technical expertise and service offerings Marco currently provides throughout the state of Minnesota. We look forward to continuing BusinessWare’s commitment to satisfying its clients and providing opportunities for their valued employees.”
Don Hoversten, the Co-Owner of BusinessWare Solutions, was similarly positive, saying: “We are excited to join the Marco team. They are a high-performing company that is committed to excellence and outstanding customer service. They are also consistently recognised as a great place to work.”
The purchase follows another made by Marco in September of this year, when it acquired Missouri-based copier/printer business Koestner Office Products.
