Epson launches smallest A3 photo printer

Dec 4, 2017

The XP-15000 produces high-quality A3 photos “from a remarkably small footprint.”

Mohamed Musa, product manager, says, “The XP-15000 produces seriously good A3+ photos from a surprisingly compact and stylish design. In fact, you could easily mistake it for an A4 model. And whether you’re printing in colour or black and white, the new six-colour Claria Photo HD Ink set enhances both thanks to the new grey and red inks.”

Epson’s XP-15000 wireless photo printer allows users to produce superior black and white A3+ photos that offer “an enhanced level of quality”, as a result of the device’s new grey ink, allowing photographs to be produced “with smoother gradations between the shadows and highlights.”

In addition, the new red ink makes “an extra-large colour gamut” possible, “resulting in more realistic and vibrant colours”, and prints will be long-lasting due to the high quality of the ink, which can last for up to 300 years in a photo album.

The XP-15000, which is available from January 2018, allows users to create a variety of print jobs at home, using a range of media including thicker paper, card, CDs and DVDs, and includes a range of “user-friendly features”, such as a 6.1cm LCD screen, a motorised output tray and auto power on. It also offers fast print speed and A4 auto double-sided printing.

In addition, the XP-15000 comes with WiFi, WiFi Direct and “a full suite of mobile options for printing photos and documents away from the desk.”
