Delacamp UK opens new premises

Oct 4, 2005

Delacamp UK Ltd is pleased to
announce the opening of its new purpose built building in Shepton
Mallet, Somerset. The new premises covers 30,000 square feet, with a
warehouse/production facility covering 25,000 square feet, giving a
capacity to store over 1,500 pallets. The remaining 5000 square feet
are given over to office space and a testing facility. The building
represents a total investment of £1.6million.
Delacamp UK Ltd first opened its
doors for business in 1995 and has enjoyed a steady growth in custom
over those last ten years. Over these years the remanufacturing
industry has become a fiercely competitive area, but Delacamp UK has
continued to grow and gain strength in the industry, with some of this
success due to Delacamp striving to be first to market with the
development of copier consumables and colour products. “As an
organisation, Delacamp UK demonstrates a will to succeed and has a
strong relationship with our customers in the recycling industry. This
move to our own custom-designed premises can only be seen as a positive
step that will strengthen or position in this industry. Our
relationship with Future Graphics, USA will also ensure that we are
able to provide the most up to date solution for the remanufacturing
industry and keep us at the forefront of the marketplace” says Richard
Day, UK Operations Director.
