DELACAMP increases warehouse

Mar 21, 2007

DELACAMP Aktiengesellschaft has increased its warehousing capacity by 2.000sqm to a total of 7.000sqm in Hamburg, Germany. This is in order to meet increased customer demand for its range of products for the remanufacturing industry.

The new warehouse, located opposite the Headquarters at Bargkoppelweg 64, Hamburg, will hold stock of the most commonly used MK Imaging OPCs and MK Imaging toners. This supplements the stock of MK Imaging products held in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.

“Owing to the increased demand for both Kaleidochrome polymerized colour toner and our exclusive MK Imaging OPCs and toners, not forgetting the associated products (hoppers, rollers, chips and blades), we had to react quickly.” said Volker Kappius, COO.  “Therefore the addition of 2.000sqm to our existing fully computerised warehouse is the most efficient way to offer an improved service for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. This investment builds on DELACAMP’s commitment to being the premier distributor for the aftermarket and further strengthens our ability to react quickly to the demands of our customers.”

DELACAMP, whose main office is located in Hamburg, Germany, is a leading supplier of components to the remanufacturing industry as well as components and spare parts for copier machines worldwide. In order to provide superior service to its customers, DELACAMP holds a large product range and inventory of matched quality components, competitively priced. Together with its partner Future Graphics and MK Imaging, DELACAMP has a total of 22 facilities worldwide and a joint technical team of more than 100 mechanical and electrical engineers, chemists, and other technical staff.
