Convention in Brazil gathers representatives from the cartridge remanufacturing industry.

The standardisation of the remanufacturing industry will be the main topic for discussion in this inaugural event which will take place in Sao Paulo this June.

The first convention for cartridge remanufacturing will take place at the ITM Expo from 19 to 21 June. The organisers expect that the event – which includes an expo, a conference and a workshop – will attract 6000 people.

Conference

The main objective of the conference, which aims to strengthen the industry’s commitment to its development and the training of its professionals, is to widen the debate about the needs, trends and challenges of the market.

Entrepreneurs, consultants, representatives of institutions, specialists in recycling and professionals from the sector will lead seminars to tackle questions such as: “evaluating market trends”, “chemical and conventional toner”, “cartridge remanufacturing – organisation, proposals and actions”, “recycling toner waste”, “ABNT, ISO and ASTM standards” and more.

Expo

Occupying an area of 3000m², the show will unite more than 40 exhibitors that will present new technology and products to the market. The expo aims to be a meeting point for the participants in the three programmes, enabling delegates, suppliers and visitors to strengthen business relationships, establish new contacts and generate business.

Workshop

The workshop will offer updates to professionals of companies supplying products and services to the remanufacturing sector. The programme will include a series of seminars focused on technical training and technological and operational changes which have taken place in the industry. Experts in cartridge remanufacturing will teach techniques and concepts.
