ActionAid Recycling launch Greensource Imaging brand toner cartridges

ActionAid Recycling pledge to give £2 to help fund ActionAid’s educational work overseas for every Greensource Imaging toner cartridge sold. 

The benefits of this new cartridge brand are:

• The money raised will enable ActionAid to work with children and adults who have never had the chance to go to school, to help them secure their right to education.   
• Reconditioning empty cartridges significantly reduces the amount going to landfill.  The cartridges are reprocessed in Bristol, UK. This dramatically cuts the environmental damage caused by importing cartridges which are usually made in the Far East.
• Each cartridge comes with a no nonsense 2 year quality guarantee. 

Actionaid Recycling have already contributed over £225,000 to ActionAid’s work since 2003 and the launch of the Greensource Imaging brand will help to significantly increase this amount.

This is an exciting new partnership between an office supplies company and schools around the world.  The money raised can be used to provide educational support and resources.  The Greensource Imaging brand of toner cartridge represents the commitment ActionAid Recycling has to the environment, reducing landfill and supporting ActionAid’s education work.  

Following the recent acquisition of the Bristol based company Replicate, ActionAid Recycling are now the leader in cartridge remanufacturing and printer cartridge collections in Bristol.

ActionAid Recycling has closed the loop on its operations – empty cartridges that are collected from donors go straight to the onsite production facility and are reprocessed into compatible cartridges ready for sale again. 

ActionAid Recycling was set up by the charity ActionAid in 1993 to raise money by collecting empty printer cartridges.  In 2003 ActionAid Recycling became an independent company committed to supporting and raising money for the charity, through the provision of environmental products and services.
